Refund Policy

All payments made to CogSight Solutions — including advances, milestone payments, and final payments for website development, mobile app development, AI solutions, performance marketing, SEO, UI/UX design, or any other service — are final and non-refundable, regardless of project status, once a payment has been processed.

Our services involve custom, labour-intensive work — strategy, design, development, and marketing spend — that begins as soon as a project is confirmed and payment is received. Because resources, time, and (where applicable) third-party ad spend are committed immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made.

• This policy applies to all services offered by CogSight, including one-time projects, retainers, and milestone-based engagements.
• This policy applies regardless of the payment method used, including payments made via our online payment gateway.
• Cancelling a project after payment does not entitle the client to a refund for amounts already paid; unbilled remaining scope simply will not be delivered.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering the scope agreed in your proposal or statement of work. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and address the concern directly — through revisions or corrective work — rather than through a refund.

If a payment fails to complete but funds are deducted, or a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical or gateway error, contact us with the transaction details and we will coordinate with our payment gateway provider to resolve the erroneous charge.

By making a payment to CogSight Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy.
