These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CogSight Solutions website and any services, quotes, proposals, or engagements provided by CogSight Solutions("CogSight", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CogSight provides website development, mobile app development, AI solutions and automation, performance marketing, SEO, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or invoice, which forms part of these Terms once accepted by both parties.

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal and are subject to change if project scope changes.
• Payments are typically structured as milestones (e.g. advance, mid-project, final) as agreed per project.
• Payments made via our payment gateway are processed securely by our third-party payment partner.
• Work will be paused or deliverables withheld if agreed payment milestones are not met.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, credentials, and approvals required to progress a project. Delays caused by the client may extend agreed timelines accordingly.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, content) transfers to the client upon full and final payment. CogSight retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how developed during the engagement, and to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Projects may rely on third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, licensed software). CogSight is not liable for outages, changes in pricing, or policy changes made by such third parties.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogSight's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. CogSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as specified in the project proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
